“With a few exceptions, we were very happy w/ our stay at St. Ermins. The staff was exceptional - the front desk, the restaurant staff, the bellhops, etc. No matter the day, they were helpful and courteous. The hotel does show its age in some respects. Our first room had an annoying noise in the bathroom any time the water ran, whether it was the sink, toilet or shower. “I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. ”

"I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me? "
