Located in the heart of Trolley Square, the is one of the most sought after addresses in Delaware. Nestled in a quaint historic neighborhood, our prime location provides easy walkability to the best Trolley Square restaurants, pubs and entertainment. This is a stunning freshly renovated open-floorplan with south-facing windows, exposed brick wall, and original details from the 19th century architecture.

This bright and sunny 1st floor 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment has been updated with modern touches while keeping the historic property roots in mind.

Our goal is to maximize your comfort while you enjoy the 19th century charm. From the brand new eat in kitchen to the 5' long work desk we are prepared to host you for work, vacation or a mixture of the two.

Great location, not so clean...
The upside: This property was in the perfect location to walk into historic Wilmington! We really enjoyed walking to dinner and coffee in the morning. It's also close to the park with a long walking path along the river. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with beautiful homes to admire. The downside: It wasn't clean. The dishes were put away but the cups had lip marks and the forks had food spots. The comforter had spots on both sides, top/bottom and there was no extra blankets or way to wash it. The couch needed a cleaning and wasn't comfortable/super small. The back of the bathroom door was super gross and the drawers in the kitchen were sticky. We only stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately there was no soap provided for dishes or hands, nor garbage bags. We thought it was strange we'd have to buy those things for such a short stay, but understand it wasn't listed as something that's provided.
