Needed a place to stay overnight on the long drive from CT to Indiana. We paid $200 for the night.
Pros: Decent hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, and pancakes. Choice of cereal, toast, OJ, and coffee. Gym was OK if you were the only one. If there were other patrons, I can only imagine it would feel crowded. Right across the street from the beautiful Museum building.
Cons: Everything was old and dated including doorknobs, showers, carpets, etc. Parking was in the back of the building in what felt like a shady location. Felt as if we were transported into the 80s. We really overpaid for such a dated and ho hum hotel at a below-average location. We have paid $80 bucks for hotels that felt better than this. And that's about I would have paid for it if I knew while booking what I knew after staying overnight.
