Where do I begin? My stay at this hotel was magnificent. The pictures do not do this hotel justice, our expectations were beyond exceeded. I’ll begin with the hotel grounds, a true nature paradise. The staff works tirelessly to keep the grounds immaculately clean. The views of the temples and surrounding mountains are beautiful. There is a nice area for children and such cute animals that are well taken care of. Our modern grand spa villa was stunning! We swam in our warm pool, enjoyed the views, and wish we could stay longer. Cleanliness was 10/10. House-keeping and butler service was impressive. The service everywhere was wonderful. The staff at the morning breakfast and afternoon tea were wonderful. All smiles and greetings even from the chefs! They will go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. The restaurants were delicious. The staff at the front desk was professional and very helpful at addressing our needs 24 hours a day. Thank you!! The afternoon tea was a delight. The music was very soothing, the treats and tea was delicious. The spa was phenomenal. Best massages my husband and I have ever had. Book massages here, you will not regret it! The gym is well-equipped and very clean. A special shout out to Sandy, Divian, the lady with braces working in the restaurant, and the female receptionist, thank you immensely for your service! This hotel has everything and more. Highly recommend. We will return but next time for a longer stay!!

Ok hotel if you are next to the airport and the price is right.

We stayed for 2 nights in 2 bedroom unit. The unit was very spacious for 3 of us. I booked it there so we could have gathering with some old friends. In the first night, there were ants in the kitchen. The staff came to spray the ants which worked because the ants did not return the next day. For the 2nd night, there were sewer like smell coming out of the master bathroom. The staff had to come and closed one of the drain. It helped a little bit. The smell was not completely gone. I believe it was flaw in the building design since I found out that they already closed the drain in the other bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Amenities were great. The unit came with all the toiletries and all kitchenware. Location was great. It was next to a mall. We would stay there again for the space and the location.
