I had a wonderful stay! Staff was communicative even prior to arrival. They were very flexible with me arriving early, allowed me to leave my bags, and texted as soon at the room was ready. The women at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The apartment is about a 4 minute walk from the reception, and they very politely walked me to my apartment and showed me how to get in. I arrived to a bottle of prosecco and gift card for a coffee. I had a he apartment room with the city view, for a solo traveler or a couple it was perfect. The kitchen had everything I needed and more and there is a supermarket right next door. At any time, I felt welcome and comfortable to text the reception for anything at all, whether it be recommendations or in need of something for the room. They were super responsive and helpful. The room was clean and AC was phenomenal! The apartment is in a wonderful location, less than a 4 minute walk to all the action, but on a quiet enough street for night time. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very safe there and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Málaga. Thank you to the COEO staff (especially Carola, Antoni, Milu, Kristina, and August for a 10/10 stay! You guys make a great team.

Our stay was incredible! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was so kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is excellent, the rooms are gorgeous, and everything exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada!
