This house comes fully equipped and furnished with 5 new appliances . New living room reclining sofas. Noce master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom and sofa bed in the Florida room for guests or grand kids. Very large kitchen with dining area overlooking the back yard.Beautiful landscaped lawns and stub beds.Your own private driveway carport and attached storage. To top it off you get your own Club Car electric golf cart.

an okay place
The property suited us okay-we were given a different unit which ended up just okay. The original unit stated and the pictures showed 2 queens and we got 1 queen and a full, which are in so need of replacing I might add-they are like sleeping on boards. The couches in the pictures showed 2, not 1 and were not what we needing for seating. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc-however, the refrigerator/freezer & cabinet had food left in them (milk, cheese, whipped cream, tomato among much more that were spoiled and/or had mold growing on them) Some of the towels needed replacing-there were some brand new too. The house is currently for sale and is in need of some TLC, ie bathroom vanity door is falling apart. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and suited our need to be near family that live in the community, but would look for a different unit next time for sure.

Great Golf community
The Hamptons is a great community. We were constantly bombarded with waves and good mornings, every time we rode around on the golf cart. The home we rented was towards the back of this gated community and was peaceful and gorgeous. I plan to stay here again. The clubhouse has one amazing restaurant, called Angie's. New tennis courts and pickle ball. The golf course is very challenging. Loved the place!!!
