“Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse.”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things we feel could be communicated more clearly in the listing. The space would be more accurately described as a studio rather than an apartment. Access is also important to understand, particularly if arriving by car. The map location directs you to the exterior of the building complex, but the actual studio is located within an interior pedestrian-only area that cannot be reached by car. With very limited parking or places to stop nearby,……

“The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The check-in process through Whatsapp was smooth. The storage lockers (even the large ones) are very tiny if you are traveling with a family (I had the family room), and a second locker was not allowed.”

“Despite whats app messages to owner, Vrbo messages, heard nothing from the listing until 8.40pm the night before we were to arrive and we were cancelled. It was infuriating to be cancelled last minute. Usually one receives check in info 24 hours in advance--which we did not receive. To be cancelled on such short notice is unbelievable. Having to deal with a long trip and try and find new accomodations was not something I had thought I would have to do.”
