Amenities were good and accessibility to mono rail was the best thing. Good collection of restaurants and well maintained.

Bath soap, toiletries, toilet paper, lotion, cups etc were not replenished daily, have to repeatedly call house keeping and was a long wait on the phone, waitresses demanded tips in the poker playing area and were rude about it

Pleas don’t book the apartment in this hotel. It’s not associated with the hotel services. The 2nd room has 3 beds all bed sheets were dirty. The has prior hair from guest before us. Behind the headboard I found a dirty t-shirt. Hall restroom tub was rusted and peeling, I was disgusted to see that. The other restroom still had a long hair in the tub. Sanitary is NOT a priority for the owner of this apartment. The price I paid for my 4 day was a steel. Also, beach gear was a laugh in the face. No beach chair, no wagon and the umbrella covered 1 person. I reached out to the person but never showed up with clean sheets. I had to invest in my stay detergent, sanitizing wipes, trash bags and toilet covers. Let me know forget to say, on my first stay the bottom of my feet was all black from the floors being super dirty. The only good thing of the place was the beach distance.

Good experience overall, with room for improvement in maintenance. Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff at check-in and the entrance were super efficient, and the restaurants inside the property—along with their staff—were absolutely excellent. However, as someone who pays close attention to cleanliness, I felt the rooms could use a bit more upkeep. There was a noticeably thick layer of dust where the internet router was located, and the bed frames were quite scuffed and worn, which unfortunately made them look dirty. Another inconvenience was the Wi-Fi restriction in the room. We had three paying guests in our party, yet we were only allowed to connect two devices to the room Wi-Fi. What was confusing is that free Wi-Fi was provided in the casino area with no restrictions, even for non-guests. It’s a great hotel with wonderful service, but paying a little more attention to detail in room maintenance and updating the Wi-Fi policy would make the guest experience much better!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
