"Good location but the check in was not organized. There was someone in the parking spot. They need more explanation about the permits which you must display. In the end I spoke to the concierge to sort it out. The place smelled of smoke. It was a good size and location if a little worn in places. The kitchen isn’t bad and it’s large space. It would help for check in if the keys were labelled and it came with instructions"

"We have stayed at the hotel before and really like it. The building has some really nice features. Being able to use the car park at the Principality stadium is really convenient, the parking is quite expensive, however. We gave some feedback about the lack of net curtains or something to give privacy to rooms facing buildings nearby. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful."
