“Great appartment really nice. Great view. Very nice and reactive owner.However it is imperative to have a car to go there, even by walking very fast it takes minimum 50 minutes to go to the center.And also take note that there are stairs to get to the appartment.”

“From the moment we checked in, Giacinta was a gem to talk to, even with her broken English :). The apartment was very clean and the A/C worked great, specially after a busy day outside. Just a short drive to the historic district and also to some wineries and vineyards. Overall I will rate this place a 10 and recommend to anyone visiting Arezzo in the Tuscany region of Italy.”

“It was a beautiful and quiet part of town and was very close to everything. The property manager spoke pretty good English which made everything much easier. It is a beautiful comforting and clean stay in the heart of Arezzo. Thank you. Era una zona bellissima e tranquilla della città, vicinissima a tutto. “The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You must reach out to get directions. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your……

“Pros: Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania dużej części Toskanii.Cisza ,spokój.Bardzo miły właściciel.Typowy wiejski dom z klimatem. Cons: Bardzo mała łazienka bez kabiny.Prysznic oddzielany kotarą a woda lejąca się na całą podłogę.Odplyw jednak natychmiast odbierał wodę i nie było to bardzo uporczywe.”
