I arrived early and my room was ready which was quite welcome after a long train ride. The room was clean. I saw another review about how small the shower is. Yes, it’s small but you can’t expect a car wash in one of these small hotels. I believe that Expedia gives the size of the room in sq. ft. That should provide a good indication of whether you can fit the Titanic in the shower. My only comments are that a thicker blanket would have been nice. Even when it’s hot, a sheet sometimes is too little. Also that the internet access was intermittent. WiFi signal was strong but sometimes you just couldn’t get to anything but Google.

Fabulous Stay! Walk to Duomo in under 5 mins. Near all the busy Piazza’s with many dining options. The staff and service we received was impeccable. Particularly, Francesca welcomed us, gave us a tour of the hotel, and showed us to our rooms. Victoria and Alina at breakfast were very warm and accommodating. The included breakfast had many hot breakfast options and, in addition, also came with a beautiful basket of breads, croissants and jams. There front desk staff was friendly and available to help with anything we needed. Enjoyed the massages too. Would highly recommend!

Hands down the best place we have stayed. They accommodated to go breakfasts for our tours, arranged taxis, made cappuccino when we were heading out the door. Wonderful experience
