Guests can rest assured that the security cameras are in place solely for the security of the property and our guests. As we value the privacy of our guests, we can confirm there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the house and cameras positioned above each outside door do not have audio capabilities.- Our managers stopped by on the third day just to check in and ensure you were enjoying your time. Their intention was never to intrude or make you feel uncomfortable. They have confirmed that they didn't revisit or inspect the property later during your stay, so we're unsure about the reported visit on the 9th day.- We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the trash situation. It seems that the 11 full-sized trash cans in the garage weren't sufficient for your 11-day stay. To prevent this from happening in the future, we have instructed our managers to provide the combination for the lock on the 3-yard dumpster along with the house information so that guests can use it. Unfortunately, we have to keep the dumpster locked to prevent bears from accessing it.- It's important to us that guests have all the amenities for their stay. We are looking into the cookware shortage and the fireplace issue that you mentioned, and we will take care of those immediately. We truly value your stay and your feedback, and we are committed to ensuring that all our guests have a wonderful experience.

Hi David, We understand the owner promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right. We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy this wonderful property. Unfortunately, the property manager became concerned after receiving profane and obscene messages from you before arrival and did not feel comfortable moving forward with your reservation. Owners reserve the right to cancel any bookings for perceived safety concerns. In this circumstance, you were fully refunded. As owners, we work hard to create a perfect getaway for our guests and we hope to provide a truly 5-star experience for future guests.
