I am completely understanding of it being late, but I had specifically called by 6pm to let the facility know I was coming late. The door was still locked at 11:55pm, note was left I was getting there after 11. Not only that, the staff member just looked at me instead of saying anything to me. I said here for a check in, he then said okay. Without any conversation, he instructed me to “click no” — sorry, click no on what? I was not pleased with this. Not only that, I ended up on the SECOND floor as far as possible from the elevator when I know there were rooms available elsewhere. To end this, there was no new toilet paper in this room, and not refilled. I am a repeat customer of this hotel because of the parking situation, usually friendly staff, and service, but am considering moving venues due to this experience.
