“Great location for the city centre”

“Lovely staff in an old beautiful building. The breakfast was great and the room was cosy and clean but a little on the colder side. Unfortunately we were directly above the function room which had a party on the Saturday day. The music was so loud that the furniture was vibrating. I should have requested a quiet room upon booking. I wouldn't let it put me off booking again”

“Good value, nice food and ev chargers. Still looks like a gulag from the outside. Really needs some cosmetic work”

“No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. ”

“I was in room one over looking boating lake. It had teas,coffees, glass spoon and cup. Hot water with bath and shower, plenty of fresh towels and floral gel soaps. Comfy bed. Staff helpful and explained about entry and times.”

“Happy with our stay at this hotel outside of Hull. Parking availability and proximity to roadways influenced our choice. Somewhat remote location, but good restaurant onsite. Safe, quiet, clean, and pleasant staff.”

“游泳池和gym好舒服，晚上和第二日早上都有去，更衣室設備齊全，有按摩池和桑拿。 房間有點熱，但有配備額外的風扇，沒有很辛苦，感謝酒店晚上提供免費的雪條。 停車位已包在房價內，如果付費的話是£5一日。 窗台有點髒，房內也沒有內線電話，有一點不方便。但主要為了游泳池而來，而且房價便宜，整個旅程過得很不錯，前台服務很好，非常友善。 不用自助入住，有職員為客人check in。”

“Location was perfect, trains, buses, pubs, takeaways, restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Staff were brilliant Hannah on reception was one of the nicest girls, met you with a smile, nothing was any trouble to her, breakfast was lovely, great choices, a fried egg was only thing missing 😁”
