We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation to Fort Myers Beach on hold, but we are ready for you now! No need to put your vacation off any longer. While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. Beautifully remodeled pool home across the street from a gorgeous stretch of beach. Just a few steps to the sand, the sunsets, a restaurant and fun tiki bar with live music! No expense was spared on this home. The well designed kitchen includes all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous quartz countertops. The baths were also completely redone one with a large walk in shower and the other with a tub/shower combination, and there is stunning new flooring throughout. The outdoor area features a unique pool with a Tiki, water feature, grill and fire pit, outdoor dining and a nicely sodded yard. There is plenty of parking under the home and in the very spacious, newly paved drive.
A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.

**If you are traveling with a pet, please call the reservations team with the within 24 hours of placing your reservation. Guests are responsible for paying a non-refundable pet fee for dogs under 30lbs is $200; dogs above 30lbs is $300.**

Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
