Hotel situato in una struttura storica in pieno centro. Stanza piccola ma confortevole.Arredata rispecchiando lo stile antico della struttura. Ottima pulizia sia della stanza che degli spazi comuni. Unico neo ma sorvolabile,l'areatore del bagno era leggermente rumoroso. Personale cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say Expedia didn’t allow them to do it. Expedia knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all.

Beautiful medieval town with modern amenities and great restaurants. Free parking is available in the garage by the cable car.

Hotel Bosone Palace had an outstanding location right next to major sights of Gubbio. The staff was super friendly and helpful and had upgraded us to a room with a terrace with views to the valley without asking. The breakfast was great, served in a room coveres with frescoes. I woud definitely stay again!

Pros: in the heart of Gubbio,in a fascinating historic palace. Cons: it is totally unacceptable that an hotel that wants to be a 4* hotel hires rooms without Air Conditioning. I expect that an "Economy room" may be small or have a poor view, but not without air conditioning! In 2023, in a touristic place in Italy! The receptionist told us that, of course, rooms with air conditioning were available, but at higher rates... The room (toilet, linen) was clean, but when we had to open the windows to breathe, we had to deal with very dirty shutters. So, in general, experience really under expectations.

Gentili Sigg.ri Degani,la tipologia di camera da voi prenotata era di tipologia economy, la quale appunto non è dotata di aria condizionata ed è segnalato nei servizi relativi alla camera stessa ( non è presente la simbologia dell'aria condizionata a differenza delle altre stanze )Quindi l'assegnazione della stanza in fase di checkin era assolutamente comforme a quanto da lei prenotato.Cordialmente.Bosone Palace Staff

It needs a facelift desperately even though I understand an old palazzo which needs to be protected but being a 4-star hotel, it needs hit certain standards. I’ve been staying at countless hotels in the past 20 years throughout Italy, and have stayed at hotels in more than 51 countries in the world at this point in my life.

Praticamente nel cuore pulsante del centro turistico. Personale gentilissimo!!! Il bagno della mia camera non benissimo, piccolo e mancanza di doccia( è a disposizione la vasca con soffione e chiusura parziale della stessa). Resto cmq soddisfatto e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Palácio Fantástico
Belíssimo palácio localizado no coração de Gubbio. Atendimento fabuloso, com equipe afinada e muito prestativa, seja por mensagens antes da hospedagem ou no local. Quartos perfeitos, cômodos e limpos. Desjejum delicioso. Não à toa está recomendado nos principais guias sobre a cidade, incluindo o meu de 1998 de toda a Itália. Provavelmente o melhor da cidade!

Excellent friendly helpful staff without exception. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful room. My own room was a little small and not as well lit as I would have preferred but I would stay here again in a heartbeat for the staff and location.

mi è piaciuta la posizione che è realmente ideale per visitare gubbio, molto professionale la cortesia delle receptionist, molto buona la colazione. non all'altezza delle 4 stelle la camera quadrupla e la cura della stanza, con segna di umidità sui muri (decisamente rovinati) e una pulizia non proprio ideale.

In un Hotel 4 Stelle che si rispetti anche in una stanza economy l’aria condizionata dovrebbe essere inclusa ma a quanto pare non e’ così e chi sceglie questa proposta merita una lunga agonia notturna, fatta di schiamazzi notturni e temperature infernali, non migliorativo il pinguino poiché da una parte esce si aria fredda ma dall’altra calda...
