The staff were very unwelcoming on our arrival, they offered no map or information about the City. We had to ask about breakfast, and places to eat for dinner. “Ein wirklich schönes und ruhiger Ferienpark, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar das WLan ist schnell genug, um Filme zu streamen. Leider konnten wir nicht alle angebotenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ausnutzen, da wir wegen Krankheit früher abreisen mussten. Aber auch hier hat nachträglich die Rezeption einen guten Service geboten, indem innerhalb weniger Minuten nachträglich eine Bestätigung der frühen Abreise geschickt wurde. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal einen zweiten Anlauf hierhin……

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”
