Very quiet once inside my room. However the 2 ladies working the front desk on the morning shift were both rude and unprofessional. They should be picking up cans on the side of the road and not have anything to do with the customer service field.

I didnt like having to pay for parking, in a regular parking lot. With no valet, I had to drive around to find a park. Im okay with that but I dont think I should be charged. Its not in a big city where all you have is parking garage.

I arrived at 3:30 p.m. to check-in and waited in line until 4:15 to only be told that I still had to wait because the room I reserved wasnt ready. Got in the room and there was medicine in the fridge, asked for towels and never received them, asked for trash bags and had to end up going downstairs to get them. There was a shooting that happened in the parking lot and a guest had his car damaged which caused a big fuss in the lobby. The front desk workers were lovely to deal with. They were pleasant and tried to move speedy.

my earrings were left on the night stand and stolen on the first day of my stay. the room was never cleaned - only towels delivered when we asked. The manager's reception did not have red wine and was told they would not get more until the following week. I came there to attend my brother's funeral and was very disappointed with my overall stay.

The noise level was ridiculous. Did not go 2 bed until 2am , I assuming that when people left the lobby. Could not use the pool until Sunday morning B4 checking out cause of 2 many people. Would have liked 2 have known that something was going on at the hotel ahead of time so that I could have planned accordingly
