Awesome breakfast and great staff. comfortable room with great amenities

Had an exceptional stay at the Mandarin. Hotel decor is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was spacious and bathroom positively palatial. Due to a misunderstanding over time we arrived at Ramsays 2 minutes before end of breakfast service and were graciously seated and served without fuss or the feeling of being hurried. Bravo Mandarin.

The room needed some sheetrock repair. For me how to work the blinds ( because the switch was a cross the room) was counterintuitive. Have no idea how to work the towel warmer. Once you have left the hotel it is pretty much impossible to speak with a live person on the phone

Amazing hotel. Perfectly located for walking around. 10 minutes from the Boston Common and shopping areas, good restaurants. Hotel is beautiful and clean, the restaurant and cafe in the hotel were both amazing. Upon arrival expedia did not have our reservation sent to the hotel (Expedia’s mistake) and the hotel staff immediately got us a room and apologized for the mix up, and price matched the Expedia price for me. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The Whitney is an absolute jewel. We had a wonderful stay in a gorgeous room in an ideal location. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful and everything was immaculately clean. The rooms are perfectly appointed and it felt as though all of the details from toiletries to the clothes steamer were curated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the convenience of the location with so much walkability and beautiful paths behind the hotel on the water. We will definitely stay at the Whitney again!
