We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee. Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

The hotel is really convenient for all famous sights, we arrived early afternoon and after leaving our suitcases at the hotel we stepped across the road to see the Pétrusse casements, the cathedral, the monument dedicated to the Jewish people in www and the gelle fra (golden lady) war memorial with the views across the valley. Then walk 100 yds into town for dinner. it was so clean everywhere ~ even the mat covering the lift floor was changed daily. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the apples that were placed on our bedside tables. The ladies in the dining room were so polite and helpful, as were all the staff. The choice of food at breakfast was wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A fantastic place to stay.

"The only reason I gave this a 4 star on amenities was because the shower never really got that hot. In every other respect I cannot fault the hotel It’s in the business district so not scenic- if you’re looking for that don’t stay here. I think it’s a relatively new hotel. It’s very convenient otherwise. ..."
