Hello Troy, thank you for your kind feedback. I do want to apologize for the inconvenience of our hot water issue. Due to the temperature outside and how the building was constructed our water takes a bit longer to get hot during our cooler times. I would suggest on your next visit to let the water run 10-15 minutes. Once again, please accept my apologies. It was a pleasure to have you, we hope to welcome you back soon.Happy New Year!
