“I enjoyed my stay”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. ”

“We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!! However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or……

“This condo we stayed in at Palmetto’s was a cozy place to stay there was two bedrooms two bathrooms a small kitchen with stove and large fridge. Just what a couple or a small family needs the beds where comfortable!! One of the bedrooms has a set of doors that walk out to the deck from the living room you also can reach the deck. Off the deck you have some of the prettiest sunsets over looking the marshes!! It’s only a short drive to Folley Beach,James Island and Charleston. Tim and Jennifer are……

The interstate on-ramp right outside the window isn’t ideal but we knew about it in advance and brought earplugs/sound machines. The only thing we couldn’t have planned for was the construction of the house right next door. They started working at 7 am each day which was noisy. “First stop on trip to Asheville and Blue Ridge. Arrival delayed by storms but no problems finding apartment or gaining entrance. Apt was roomy and well equipped. Could use more indoor seating but all worked out well.”

“This VRBO was perfect for my family on a get away to a beautiful Kiawah. The beach is a safe 2 min walk along one of the trails. You cannot ask for closer. Apartment was well stocked with all you need, including beach chairs etc. Owner readily followed up on any queries. I want to book again!”

“Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind.”

“Staff was excellent- good location. I was on the second floor room 270 near the atrium -so noisy as the bar and other activities could be heard in our room. Our room had no decent lighting, and was minuscule. So dark and not a chair to sit on unless you went to the lobby area. Bathroom was spacious ”
