“The host, Larry, was very quick to reply and helpful. The location was close to town but not too close, offering peace and quiet and more of a rural feel. The parking was perfect. More detailed instructions for the fire table, hot tub, and appliances would have been helpful and not required so many questions to ask of the host. Extra bed linens would have been appreciated. Instructions regarding recycling would have been helpful. ”

“What a beautiful and peaceful retreat in the trees! The Hobbit House is surrounded by towering pines, offering a quiet unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Through the trees, the ocean views are absolutely stunning — especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s just a short walk down to the water, where we were greeted by a family of deer and watched golden squirrels scurrying about.
