Enjoyable family reunion
The Deer Harbor Inn lodge room was rustic, but clean and comfortable. The bed was quite good and the room and lodge was very quiet. Considering the age of the building, we were concerned about noise transmission, but didn't hear objectional noise from the couple in the room next to us or from the room above us. No cell phone service or land line phone in the room made communication difficult. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We love this place and go at least once every year. We have a sailboat and the Inn is walking distance from the dock. Also having a restaurant on site makes it perfect.

It was really nice. Sort of rustic. Quiet. I was working on the island so I didn't need anything terribly fancy. It was just fine.

A little confusing on getting to the room. The "lodge" looked like another one if the cabins, so I didnt go there originally. Thanks to a worker on site, she helped me. Thin walls, so heard neighbors talking, even tjough thet were speaking in normal voices. Beautiful area, and mainly quiet. I really enjoyed my stay, but next time will book one of the cabins

Signage is poor, no staff at the resort, the towels, pillows and bed linens were thread bare and past their useful life, the TV was no bigger than a laptop, and the water in the shower would go hot and cold while showering. Two positives: the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked. All in all it was like Glamping without the glam...

Cozy room on a beautiful property. If available definitely go to Matthew’s smokehouse & Deli just a short walk from the Inn.
