Delta Downs is a pretty good hotel casino. There is a strong smell of cigarettes when you enter but the room smelled clean. Really big room that was situated nicely. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was quite spacious and the view of the racetrack was great. Plenty of elevator space. The outdoor pool was magnificent although we did not have time to enjoy it. The fitness center was a highlight for my family. We enjoyed a nice workout after a good night's rest. My wife and I enjoyed the casino. Plenty of slot machine selections from newer machines to retro pull slots. The negative side was the dining options. Three dining options but only select places are open on select days. The grill was closed while we were there and we were informed that it might open Wednesday (we checked in on a Monday-Tuesday). They had grab and go but super limited options. Overall pretty great place to stay.

Very clean. Quiet. Mr and Mrs who run the front office are so kind. Always smiling and on there feet. Walking from one task to the next. Always fresh towels. Great people and safe quiet location

Amazing experience! Everything was so clean. Room was nice and chilly to help us get a good nights sleep. Front desk gentleman was friendly and especially liked that he gave eye contact when checking us in. Too many people nowadays don’t do that, much less even break a smile. I would suggest to keep fresh hot coffee available most of the morning. It was 9:30 am and there was no more coffee left :( Other than that…great place to stay!
