优点： 酒店很大 环境很好 早餐餐厅海景很棒 缺点： 没有沙滩，晚上退潮后有一点点 游泳池的水有一点凉 出入没有自己的交通工具 会非常不方便 全是坡路 我们到的第一个晚上酒店有额外付费的迎中国新年的自助餐 但是不提供水 就是最基本的纯净水都要付费 还要加收服务费 税等等

Not worth to pay high
Although we booked Grand Deluxe Sea View room, actually, the room was not as grand as its name. We lived on the hill and need to take cable car whenever we went to the beach, restaurant and lobby. There were lot of trees in front of our balcony that most of the sea view was blocked. Beside, the hotel was so mean that there were only 3 wifi login quotas for our room while we have 4 persons, finally, they granted up one more quota by requested. There was nothing around the hotel but they only provided very limited shuttled bus service (drop off service only), the lasted one was on 16:00. Therefore, we need to wait for over an hours at Kai Bee Beach before dinner time. BTW, the beach was vast and interesting that we could walk to the opposite island when low tide in the morning. The beach restaurant was delicious and there were many kind of food to choose in the breakfast buffet!

While here, a nice way of getting around the island is by renting a motorcycle or via a taxi. We have some of the largest rooms by size on the island, even our smallest ones are 43 sqm. 位置有点偏，离最近的集市步行二十分钟，坐车50铢一个人。早餐不错，种类比较多，还可以欣赏大海的美景。

酒店的位置景色很漂亮，特别在山顶的餐厅用早餐感觉好极了，海滩很安静没有过多的打扰，走出去很远海水都没有过头，可以租赁小船划到对面的小岛上去，总之是性价比很高的酒店。

这个酒店非常值得住宿，有特点。整座山林都是酒店范围，景色别致。我们还看到了猴子。孩子很开心。唯一不方便的是，离主要街区确实太远了，出入只能打车，好在还不贵。

总体感觉不错的酒店，漂亮的海滩，茂密的雨林，整个酒店置身于非常原始自然的生态环境中，同时还能提供比较便捷的配套设施。酒店的步行道坡度比较陡，如果不借助缆车上下的话会比较累。山顶餐厅的泰国菜色香味俱佳，价格合理，服务主动热情，是欣赏海景和日落的绝佳去处。酒店前台服务感觉生硬，亲和力不够，客房设施比较一般，没有惊喜之处。沙滩边西餐厅的海鲜披萨值得推荐。

我们一行3个中国家庭8口人，含3个7/8岁的孩子住了4夜。 1.茂密的海边热带雨林中的度假村，所有建筑物沿山坡而建，用餐和观景有自行操作的缆车上下便利。 2.私密安静，。 3.我们住的海边豪华套间，宽大含卧室、起居室、卫生间、阳台的套间。距海边10米远，夜晚听海浪独有情趣。上下位两个泳池，油腻了海泳的替代品，更适合孩子水戏。 4.早餐品质丰富可口，半开放式的餐厅如果靠海方向可以远眺海景和度假村热带雨林风光。 5.私家微型海湾，沙子很细很白，海滩很平缓，海中走很远还未没到胸部，甚至可以走到几百米远的小岛上。 6.距离游客多和服务设施更多的大型海滩的有点距离，度假村还定点免费派车往来，这便于游客采购、餐饮和游玩，尽管感觉发车频次太少，总比没有好。 可以改进的方面： 1.中国游客竟然占据很大比例，如果有懂中文的服务人员就更好。 2.客房内应该安装方便中国游客使用的电源插座才更好。 3.密静带来的副作用是离服务群集的海滩有些远（距离服务设施集中的左右两个大型海滩有1-3公里距离），夜晚密林中的山路步行有些害怕和风险，即使是白天由于狭窄陡峭山间道路也不算安全。

值得多住幾天的飯店
非常棒的渡假飯店，早餐品質不錯，我們在海灘旁的餐廳用午餐，每樣餐點都很好吃，請飯店安排的四島浮潛也很讚，跟飯店租獨木舟划到對面小島，更讓家人讚不絕口，此次入住豪華海景套房，飯店提供二房中有門可相通的房間，真是很棒的安排，我們已經開始計劃明年再來度假了。

带给你惊喜的酒店
这个酒店很棒，看了大家的评论去的，还是很惊喜，缆车，对面的小岛、餐厅都很棒，酒店员工态度也好，都会打招呼。前台可能太忙了，我们英语又一般，所以她多讲了几遍有点不耐烦了，对不起啦！我就说下吃饭问题，看评论说餐厅贵，我在沙滩两边都走了下，北面的跨过一堆石滩就是个餐厅，吃海鲜的，价格我觉得不算便宜，往南隔壁的siam很好，经济实惠，和外面差不多，味道也不错，可以在那吃。公园酒店，很棒很漂亮。可以住几天，沙滩到对面岛上之间都没超过1米，非常适合孩子，划船也很有意思，就是没什么鱼，网络嘛因为住得离前台近，所以不管公共的还是屋内的都很好。

酒店依山面海，森林环抱，空气清新，海景绝佳，泳池漂亮，有滑梯，孩子们玩得很开心，沙滩干净，少喧闹，不时能有小惊喜，看到猴子在林间跳跃，听到犀牛鸟的叫声，酒店池塘里奇怪的大鱼，免费的小缆车带你在酒店环绕，满足你对度假的一切梦想。房间比图片上漂亮，我们订的家庭间给我们大惊喜！酒店服务人员很友好，服务好。非常赞！周围没什么商店，出行要出租车，50株一人，酒店每天有三趟免费班车到卡贝海滩，2分钟车程，那里有餐厅、旅游带里和7-11便利店。去了白沙滩相对热闹、但沙滩边的酒店少，饭店多，我还是更中意sea view！

适合放松身心，安静休闲的绿洲
酒店依山而建，利弊参半。从私家海滩边的海景房，泳池到半山腰的木屋和前台，健身房，图书馆及山上用早餐的餐厅，带滑梯的另一个泳池和停车场，自上而下充分利用地形多层次，风景各异，如果搭酒店的缆车竟有四站，如果走山间小路大约十五分钟，有山花和猴子相伴。这次入住的是位于海滩上的8号楼，客房大而干净。海滩上沙很细，水不深，适合带孩子的家庭。不过离汇集酒吧餐厅和超市等设施的最近的Kai Bae 海滩有一定距离，酒店虽然提供一天三次shuttle bus，不过对于喜欢热闹的人不太合适。

此次渡假非常满意
此次渡假是3个家庭结伴前往的，虽然从渡口码头到酒店的路程很远，但是到了位于凯贝沙滩的海景酒店都出乎了大家的意料〜酒店的规模很大、就与海滩紧连、房间很大、很干净特别是每天服务员精心用毛巾折放的各种温馨的动物造型。最让大家满意的是没有见到旅行社的踪影。唯一的小遗憾就是酒店的附近没有街市，不过酒店每天都有4趟免费的班车去附近的街市（规模较小），如果想到白沙滩或孔抛的话就只能打车前往了。总统的评价非常非常不错。

Hotellet och framförallt vårt rum var verkligen superfint och hade allt man kunde önska! Hotellet ligger på ett enskilt och lugnt läge men en kort taxiresa bort fanns mysiga barer och restauranger för den som önskar detta. Enda nackdelen med stället var att det fanns en del sandflugor nere vid stranden.

Wonderful holiday
We have really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Sylvan. Rooms were good and spacious and kept very clean. Only criticism is that the beds were very hard. We really appreciated free water bottles every day and clean beach towels. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We loved the effortless way of getting around the resort with the buggies. Great pools to choose from and a lovely beach. One tip for the hotel is that maybe they should provide recycling for plastics bottles, cans etc. food was good as well although on the expensive side. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in town though and easy and cheap to get there by taxi. Can also recommend Lonely Beach. All in all we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel and location - beautiful! Great sunsets as well.

Fint hotell men varning för aggressiva makaker
Jättefint hotell som ligger högt med fin utsikt. Jättetrevlig personal och bra service med linbana och golfbilar. Tyvärr söker sig makakerna som håller till i träden bredvid till balkongerna just när man är på dom och försöker ta sig in på rummet. De är aggressiva och fräser och visar tänder när man försöker jaga bort dom. Barnen var livrädda och vi vågade inte va på balkongen så det var onödigt med bra utsikt. Hade vi vetat detta hade vi inte bokar detta hotell. Makakerna kom varje dag, i stora grupper och hotellet verkar inte bry sig. De kom även till poolen en dag så en barnfamilj fick fly. En annan sak som tar udden av vistelsen är att det sitter lappar med varning för böter överallt på hotellet. Man måste ta taxi in till stan, det går inte att gå. Och mat och dryck på restaurangen är överprisad.

Hotellin alue; oma ranta, kaksi poolia, spa yms ovat huikean hienossa sademetsä- ympäristössä. Palvelu on perus hyvää ja kaikki toimii. Aamiainen hyvä ja laadukas. Oikeastaan ainoa miinus kokonaisuudessa on hotellin ravintolat. Ruoka on keskinkertaista ja ei tarjoa mitään yllätyksiä.

Große Hotelanlage am Hang mit herrlichem Ausblick. Verschiedenen Gebäude, sehr engebettet in die Natur. Toller Pool am Strand, ruhiger Pool oberhalb. Kein run auf die Liegen, alles wirkt relaxed. Scooter/Roller empfehlenswert. Sonst die Taxis, die fahren oft. Würde wieder hier Urlaub machen.
