“Self check in. Another guest helped me find my room. No one was available to communicate my concerns and assist us. However, I checked in late. Booked a room with a balcony but received a ground floor room. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower hot. Overall a good stay.”

Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer”

“Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”

“Apartment was clean, well equipped and block was quiet. Nice and comfortable. Good location in the city and close to main train station. Also close to bus route for the airport.”
