“Excelente todo”

“Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! We would strongly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel, just keep in mind some party noise Friday night and Saturday night. Breakfast was enough food and tasty. Hotel……

“I will be coming back to stay here whenever I come to Medellin. It was like staying in a guest house, as opposed to a hotel. The staff are exceptional, the property is quiet, and it's in a great location at a fair price.”

“Internet was dismal. These rooms owned by private individuals have really outdated equipment and connection is really bad. I had to use my mobile hotspot to be able to work. The bathroom had been closed for a while so it had a stale smell that was borderline overwhelming. Once ventilated it was ok. Check in was not the best, again because the room is owned by someone else the girls at reception have to go through apparently different steps to check the guest in. It makes the experience a bit……

“Wouldnt actually allow us to stay as they wanted us to pay in cash, which we did not have, only credit card. ”

“I was unable to stay at the hotel. The front desk was unable to find my reservation. Hotels.com replied to my customer service request 12 hours after I messaged them. I was not refunded the rate I paid. I lost $107 dollars.”

“I can't talked about the hotel, i only can tell you, i was lost to get to the hotel, and when I called to the hotel to get the exact location, they told me they don't any vacants until 2024. Thanks God that i could contact Karla from Customer Service by email(because i don't have phone service in Colombia) and she do the process with me to put me in another hotel. She was extremely helpful.”

“This property never responded to inquiries and obviously I never got a key, saw the property or the neighborhood. Vrbo was contemptuous in how they dealt with me. Vrbo refused to do anything until...until they move the goalposts to the actual check-in time. This forced me to spend hours calling them and being put on hold costing me over $100 in phone calls. I was forced to book a new place in haste and that was a disaster, Vrbo cost me hundreds of dollars and ruined our week. Vrbo eventually……

“This is a SCAM, there is No way to Check in and a Fake phone number. Expedia/Hotels.com put me on hold indefinitley, and said that I would be charged. Go to a real hotel for the same price...Like Bolivariana Plaza... Don't let the website Steal your Money.”
