Relaxing at its best!
We had a great Vegas trip, off the strip. Lake Las Vegas is so relaxing! We were still within driving distance to Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam, Boulder City, Willow Beach, AZ and shows on the strip. It was nice to have our own quiet space. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful Studio and Virw
Everything about this is luxury! The view of the lake and mountains is the best I think you can get. The bed is so luxurious, I have never slept deeper or woken more refreshed. You can tell that all little touches are taken in cleaning between guests. It is like walking into a new place! Thank you!

Enjoyable Stay Lakeside
My husband and I stayed three nights. We enjoyed the location, the pool that is nicely shaded by late afternoon and we felt safe. The place was quiet even for Memorial Day weekend. The owners are very responsive.

The property was perfect for our needs. The property looks as pictured. It was nice to have a kitchen. We enjoyed the use of the pool/hot tub and surrounding walking trails. It also has a nice gym. Cris and Mariana were amazing hosts, and very responsive. Would definitely book with them again. Wish they had property in other cities. Excellent stay!

Beautiful condo - gorgeous view and surroundings
This was a perfect condo for us. From the moment I booked there was excellent communication with owner. Check in/ out process very smooth. We loved being on the top floor and the condo was immaculate. We loved the style and it had all essentials we needed. We will be back whenever we come to the Vegas area!!

Great Location
Great studio condo. Loved the Lake Las Vegas village - restaurants and grocery all within walking distance and super cute. We were here for a tournament in Henderson and drive was quick and easy.

The owner was very responsive to my needs. Had the air fixed in a timely fashion. The grocery store was not in walking distance as I was told it would be. Place as shabby.

Hi Nancy. We are very sorry that the AC stopped working. Thank you for mentioning the fact that we had it fixed quickly. Seasons Grocery is less than 600 feet away across the bridge. That is generally considered within walking distance. Thank you again for your stay!

Lovely area and location perfect for as as we hiked Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon. Quiet, convenient. The unit is dated and needs repairs in bathroom. Small studio but had what was necessary to do a small meal. Overall very nice.

A place to de-stress
It was great to be out of the city. The drive each way, each day, to the convention center was pretty easy. The little kitchen was perfect for cooking our breakfast, and some dinners.

Had a great time. We were attending wedding at Hilton which is within walking distance of Condo. Very nice condo in great location. Unit owner (Cristian) ,very pleasant, allowed 2 hour delayed departure which enabled us to attend post wedding Breakfast, We will certainly return.

Quiet, comfortable, great location
The condo is in great location to walk to dining and the sunset view is awesome. It's a quiet neighborhood and near Lake Mead and numerous hiking trails. Bathroom could use a facelift but other than that the condo is quite nice. The selection of dishes and glasses is sufficient. Cris is very responsive and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Sept 2019 Vegas Get Away
Pros: great communication with owner. Clean facility. Quiet. Friendly staff. Very fair price. Cons: Check in was very confusing. Fridge door doesn’t stay closed. Had to use a suitcase to keep it closed. Outlet above the coffee maker sparks when in use. Most of the shops on grounds were out of business. Parking is very limited. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would stay here again!

Everything we thought it would be
The place was very clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The grocery store was within walking distance and had everything we could need. A better map of the surrounding area would be nice (the restaurants etc in the village). We had a great time and really appreciated our time here.

Great condo in Lake Las Vegas
This condo fit our needs for the week perfectly. Cris is very responsive. Anytime I had questions, etc., he responded quickly. Location was just across the bridge from the few restaurants & mini grocery in the Village. The Aqua Park was also walking distance which was awesome! We used the pool and fitness center, which were great to have for the week. Never had an issue getting parking. We’d stay again.

Perfect place for relaxing
From the friendly helpful check in it was a great stay. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries. The place was great. location is great for parking the car for a few days relaxing after driving the north and south rim and everything is in walking range. Hoover dam was so close and spent a whole day there too. Quick drive to the airport too. Restaurants are awesome at LLVtoo. Thanks Chris for a great stay!!

Great stay!!
Clean, comfortable suite, the pool area was a highlight for us after a long Minnesota winter. Location is perfect for guests wanting some quiet relaxation, but still very close to the action of Las Vegas and amazing hiking in surrounding parks.

Beautiful property
We enjoyed our stay at Lake Las Vegas, the property is beautiful. Our room was very nice, very quiet, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. There's a view of the Las Vegas Strip from the room as well. All in all we were very pleased and would recommend this property to others.

A well furnished, quiet property with easy access to Las Vegas and West Grand Canyon
A very well maintained and furnished property and a much quiet community than the Vegas strip. 30 minutes to Vegas and a gate away to Hoover Dam and west Grand Canyon. My family enjoyed the two nights stay. The only draw back is we stayed on New Year Eve and all the shops and restaurants are all closed except for the French bakery and a mini market otherwise it would be perfect. Beautiful scenery from the lake as well. Will consider booking for next time.

Great location
This is the second time I’ve stayed in this unit. It is perfectly located if looking for a nice quiet stay. You are close enough to the action of the strip but can return to the Peace and quiet at the end of your day. The Village has one of my favorite restaurants, Luna Rosa. Chris is wonderful to work with. Thanks Chris for sharing this perfect condo!

We love Lake Las Vegas and this condo is perfectly located. Walking distance to the village with several fantastic restaurants! I highly recommend this condo as it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Chris is wonderful to work with. Nice Stay in Lake Las Vegas
Really enjoyed the studio suite for our two night stay. Comfortable bed, nice pool and hot tub area and great location with being so close the the village. Lots of great restaurants to explore and a couple of sports pubs. Just an FYI with mini fridge there is no ice maker, but there is an ice machine in parking garage. Thanks Chris for a nice accommodations. We will be back.

I loved it!
I would recommend staying here to any and all my friends. It was very easy to check in and work with owner. Place was clean and supplied enough necessities for my stay. It's not a hotel. Do not expect to have daily cleaning. There is a laundry room right next to the workout room. If your not wanting to workout, the pool is also near the laundry room. Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful place to stay. It offers the convenience of a quite place to stay while nearby the strip. If you don't want to leave to get something to eat there are several restaurants to pick from. These are in walking distance from the suite. I will definitely work with Cris again in the future. Very easy to work with. Responds to questions or concerns promptly. Price is reasonable. Thanks for the stay.

Awesome, relaxing stay :)
The condo was as described. Very clean, the bed was AMAZING!! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home! Pool was also very clean and we were always the only ones there so we had the whole place to ourselves. Truly loved our stay and would stay here again in a heart beat!
