We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The décor is unique and full of character, giving the property a charm that’s different from a typical hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. One of the best things about staying here is the convenience. It’s truly a one-stop shop—you can easily arrange tours and transportation, and there’s great food and drinks available without having to leave the property. The highlight for us was the rooftop lounge. The nighttime views are absolutely beautiful, making it the perfect place to relax and end the day with a cocktail while taking in the city lights. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are outdated. They rooms get muggy and hot during the day. I don’t understand for an expensive hotel for the area don’t even have ac/humidifier . The only thing we like was the staff. They were cordial and helpful.

Highly recommended. It was the highlight of our visit to Ecuador.
