The hotel is located at Marques de Pombal, a relatively commercial and safe place for tourists to accommodate. The speaker in the room is nice and echo with the theme of this hotel! The design of the slide door of shower room and toilet causes water leakage a bit, but a bath mat can fix the issue, not much concern. A great stay for 2 nights to conclude.

The property is very walkable to all of Lisbon's main areas and dining options. The only negative is the limited bar and dining options on-site.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Zimmer mit Balkon in der 7. Etage. In der 8. Etage gibt es eine Sonnenterasse mit Pool und Bar. Das Frühstücksbüffet war toll. Haben einige sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht.

The cable tv was not working well, most of the time signal was breaking up, no clear pictures, so we just kept the TV off. Very small shover, looks very nice on the pictures but extremely small and since the shover door was made out of one piece of glass the water was leaking on the bottom of the door. Extremely small room not even enough space for a desk or a table. Being on this trip we have stayed in 4 different hotels and this one goes on the bottom of our list. Would not stay there again. Im sorry.

The property is new and close to everything. Unfortunately we had some issues with the housekeeping. For some reason they decided to clean the room after 5 pm and this was the time we were resting after daily trip or some other activities in the city. We checked out on Friday and the last time someone cleaned the room was on Tuesday. Overall it was a good stay but I don’t think we will use the same hotel again.

However, we are disappointed to see our cleaning service was not to your liking. In fact, the situation you described of the room not being clean every day is not usual and it doesn't meet the standards of our services, since that usually happens only when the guest has the "Do not bother" at the door. Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen sauberen Zimmer mit Balkon sehr genossen sowie die tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool und schönem Ausblick. Metrostation und Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nahe, aber auch zu Fuß war die Altstadt in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Super freundliches Personal, früherer CheckIn war kein Problem. Tolle Zimmer mit Bluetooth-Soundanlage und Ambientebeleuchtung, modern und sauber. Lage sehr gut, Metro direkt nebenan und man kann bei gutem Wetter zu Fuß die üblichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadtteile als Tourist erreichen. Nur die Fenster waren leider nicht gut schallisoliert, nachts war es dadurch etwas lauter.

Der Kühlschrank und der Wasserkocher im Zimmer waren ziemlich vorteilhaft, wenn man z.B ohne Frühstück gebucht hat. Das elektronische Rollo, welches das Zimmer komplett abgedunkelt hat ist auch ein Pluspunkt, was es nicht in jedem Hotel gibt. Insgesamt war das Zimmer bzw. das ganze Hotel sauber und in einem sehr guten und ordentlichen Zustand. Einziger Minuspunkt: Unser Zimmer befand sich direkt an einer starkbefahrenden Straße. Deswegen war es von ca. 6 Uhr bis 24 Uhr abends relativ laut. An sich ist die Lage des Hotels aber sehr zentral. Die nächstgelegene Metro-Station befindet sich ca. 2 min die Straße herunter, aber auch zu Fuß kann man das Zentrum gut erreichen.

Wir (zwei Mädels, 24 & 25 J.) haben insgesamt vier Nächte Anfang März im Hf Fénix Music verbracht. Check-In & -Out: Total unkompliziert und schnell. Wir konnten noch vor eigentlicher Check-In-Zeit einchecken und das Zimmer beziehen. Nach dem Check-Out wurde unser Gepäck in einem verschlossenen Gepäckraum gelagert. Lage: Die Lage war top! Bus sowie Metro sind direkt vor der Tür. Direktverbindung mit dem Bus zum Airport (30 Min.) und mit der Metro war man in fünf Minuten in der Innenstadt. Zimmer: Geräumiges Zimmer, zur viel befahrenen-Straßenseite gelegen (bei Fenster-zu hat man aber nichts gehört). Zimmer war sauber. Was uns allerdings gestört hat war das Bad. Zunächst war es offen (was wir auf den Bildern nicht gesehen hatten) und die Schiebetür zur Dusche war unerträglich laut. Sprich, wenn eine Person schlafen will, und die andere duscht oder auch nur das Licht im Bad an macht, war es vorbei mit dem Schlaf. Zudem lief das Wasser der Dusche unter der Trennwand zur Toilette hinüber. Frühstück: Reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, es war super lecker und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Personal: Durch die Bank weg freundlich und zuvorkommend! Sonstiges: Es gibt eine Bar in der Lobby und eine auf der Dachterasse (haben wir beide nicht besucht) sowie einen Pool auf der Dachterasse. Der Ausblick ist einfach nur wow!

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very clean, modern, on the whole quiet, and in a great location with transport links to get all over Lisbon. I had breakfast once, and it was very good. Unfortunately, the rooftop was not open due to maintenance which was disappointing. However, these things happen. I would stay here again.

Great location, good rooms and friendly staff. Roof top bar not open but was February. No evening food but sister hotel near-by had restaurant and larger bar. Liked music theme, could have followed through more with music playing in public areas.

We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by very friendly staff who informed us that we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony. The hotel was very quirky and ideally placed for access via the Metro to the whole of Lisbon. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was great and catered for all in the buffet style. Carolina welcomes you to breakfast with a smile and will give you any help you need. Including ideas for trips etc. Too cold for the pool this weekend but what a lovely space and the view. .amazing. The hotel helped ensure that our city weekend break was just what we wanted. Thank you
