“Great hotel, friendly staff and nice spa”

“We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from……

“Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. ”

“Die Umgebung und Lage waren top. Die Ferienwohnung war auch sehr schön, einziges Makel war der Balkon, da man etwas steigen musste um hinaus zu gelangen... für Kleinkinder und ältere Menschen etwas ungeeignet. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre schön gewesen, aber ansonsten hat es uns an nix gefehlt, Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub... gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben.”

“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out. They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel. But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave. Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work. This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”
