Wonderful stay with one minor issue
Beautiful hotel and super clean. The beach is gorgeous where we spent most of our time. The staff were awesome. So helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was an absolute must every morning. The only problem is the free wifi they offer you was substandard and never worked properly.

Great restaurant, good pool and amazing beach, but that's about it. No animation team, no kids activities and pretty much absolutely nothing else. Housekeeping average. Overall, not value for money. Other options in El Dabaa offers all inclusive experience for less money.

Feed back of my stay
It was good, we enjoyed the lovely beach and purity of sea water .. food also was good and there were so many varieties of it .... the problem was that they enforced me to have a garden view room although that I am entitled to have either garden or pool view room

This time was really bad, I changed the room because was not clean and there was a smell like sewer in the bathroom (change not upgrading) the manger when he came, finally after I told him that I m going to report the matter to hotels.com, he was rude and he said that I can go to another room as an option not a must. Found hair in the pickled, dirty knife in the cloth napkin No music in the beach Last day everything was perfect in the breakfast room because there was someone checking the food and the cleanliness

This resort has the most beautiful beach in the world. I’ve been to many beaches in Maldives, Caribbean, Cancun, Bermuda,.....etc, and yet this beach on the Mediterranean with its crystal blue waters and soft white sand surpass them all. Resort is very nice, clean and the staff are very friendly. A number of restaurants on the beach offer a variety of cuisines.

Very good with 2 recommendarions
Our stay was pleasant. we liked the hospitality. last night in the hotel we were told that the next day is the last operating day for jaz crystal so there will be no open beuffet for breakfast and no late checkout. it could have been better if we were told that during reservation. i'd also recommend having an animation team in jaz crystal like the one in jaz almaza or oriental. it would have been more fun. other than that we always enjoy our stay in crystal with its bigger rooms and relaxing atmosphere.

What I liked most about the resort is the amazing service by all of the resort empliyees drom the minute we reached the resort till the minute we left tge resort. Also the beach is amazingly clean with golden sands and sky blue crystal clear sea waters. Also the breakfast buffet is amazing, the same applies to the dinner buffets in the 2 hotels next door but part if the resort sytem, the only thing there were busy with large groups of italian guest tourists which were curtious but spent little longer time to get the food from these buffets but ut was worrh ut. Over all amazing excellent experience need ti revisit this amazing resort.

Excellent! By all means, the staff is very professional and customer oriented, the beach is stunningly blue, clear and peaceful, the food is exceptional (we tried Morgana and the breakfast buffet).. It really was a beautiful trip, the hotel was impressive

Amazing resort
Jaz Crystal is a beautiful resort with a perfect beachfront. All rooms are spacious and clean, with up-to-date amenities. My only complaint is that sometimes we ran out of hot water. There were two of us in a room and by the time the second person got to the shower, there was no hot water. This wasn't a huge problem because we were on the beach all day and could use a cool shower ;) Also wifi was not reliable and would regularly disconnect . The staff were great and helpful in accommodating our early- and late- checkin requests.

Kosten sparen auf Kosten des Gastes
Schlimm, einfach nur schlimm! Die Ankunft war etwas schwierig, wir kamen mit dem Bus von Alexandria und mussten mit dem Bus bis Marsa Matruh fahren. Danach mit dem Taxi zurück zum Hotel-Resort. Abgeholt wurden wir nicht. Im Gegensatz zu den Pauschaltouristen, die Über ein Reisebuero in Italien buchten. Und vom Airport mit mit dem Hotelshuttle abgeholt wurden. Dass diese Gäste 7 Tage statt unserer 3Tage fuer den halben Preis bekamen, ist ja ok. Dass die Pauschaltouristen zu diesem halben Preis jedoch All Inklusive bekamen, wir jedoch nur Halbpension, war weniger lustig.Dass wir dann jedoch dasselbe Fruehstuecksbueffet und zum Abendessen ebenfalls dasselbe Buffet in denselben Raeumlichkeiten bekamen, hat uns dann schon verwundert. Dass dies Gaeste dann jedoch eine Beach-Party bis 01.30 im dazugehoerigen Schwesterressort mit lauter Techno-Musik veranstalteten, war weniger lustig. Ebenfalls war eine unangenehme laute Strandmusik fuer Gaesteanimationen mehr als nervig. Und das bei 40 Gästen bei 700 Betten. Ebenfalls war nur in der Lobby ein Internetzugang fuer 150 Mb vorhanden, darueberhinaus hätte ich 20Dollar fuer weitere 250MB bezahlen muessen. Obwohl im Buchungsportal Wifi als Service angeboten wurde.Das Servicepersonal versuchte das Beste zu machen, die Kosteneinsparungen waren dem natuerlich nicht dienlich. Tja , nach 16 Tagen Aegypten sollte uns der Luxuss in diesem Ressort die noetige Erholung geben, leider eine absolute Fehlbuchung.
