This was not a happy experience. The check in was easy and smooth, even though we had to call to get the information since no email was sent regarding the check in details. After we called, the email was sent with all helpful information.
The bad: the Wi Fi was not working, the bed was broken (literally broken-the bed frame was broken and somebody tried to fix it with zip ties and a broom stick), therefore the first night we put the mattress on the floor and slept on the floor, very noisy ( the building is on a main street) since the windows are very old, the bathroom is really old and outdated.
The good: the bed sheets and towels are very nice, the location (even though it is very noisy).
We contacted the property the second day around noon time, about the Wi Fi and bed issue, and it took them 6 hours to reply, that they would send the local manager to fix the issues. He fixed the bed frame with duct tape...luckily it did not break for the rest of our stay.
Too bad this property has potential if you invest a little bit of money, however they should not list is as "luxury". It was luxury maybe 20 years ago.
I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this property.
