As was discussed earlier, we don't manage the entire building but a few condos there, thus, some things are simply beyond our control, such as construction works at the condo above. While we sincerely appreciate each and every feedback, we wish you had also mentioned the communication we had throughout and after the stay. Even though the situation was indeed out of our control, it's disheartening to learn from the reservation notes you almost set an ultimatum of a full refund and declined any other resolutions that were offered.
