Business They don’t have room cleaning , the rooms smell like cigarettes, it feel so unsafe to even be there , u can hear people fighting in the other room, most of these 5 stars reviews are paid review fake , Very terribile experience i don't ever advise anyone to book or go to that place. Pls don't go to that place, the receptionist is unprofessional, rooms are smelling and dirty. I requested for refund and they told me is not refundable.

I think it’s just the standard in the USA but with standards from back home it was quite poor.

If the bullet-proof plastic covering of the front desk and the "NO REFUNDS" sign doesn't tell you to stay away, the barbed wire nearby stores, stained towels, non-functioning shower, weird smells, and lack of hangars should do the rest.

I'm not going to criticize the place because I had a good stay but there are some small details that you have to take into consideration, the little cockroaches and I couldn't shower properly

The property was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The walls were filthy. The bedding had cigarette burns. We had to buy our own. This is not a HOTEL but a MOTEL

The room was nice but it had roaches and the cleaning staff didn’t check to see if we needed clean towels or toilet paper. The front desk staff was nice. The Q110 stops directly in front of the hotel. In walking distance of corner stores but not real restaurants.

This place was pretty awful. It reeked heavily of cigarettes in the lobby and that smell flowed up into what was supposed to be our nonsmoking room. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk in person when we had questions. The shower floor looked dirty and made me feel like I needed to wear flip flops whenever I got in there. The surrounding area was pretty scary and not a place you’d want to walk around in at night. In fact, my husband didn’t even feel comfortable with me walking across the street to the deli to get a sandwich.

The staff were all very nice and didnt have any trouble checking in. The aircon was very noisy as was the road next to it. It was pretty clean. The neighbourhood wasnt great. Id avoid if you had a family. It is next to the airport so thats good

The rooms are bad. First room had a clogged sink and tub with no phone and it had no safety lock . The second room ( aftet request to be moved) had no iorn or ironing board, fridge didnt work , air conditioner gave off weird smell.and again no security latch lock .Very loud neighbors .
