Todo excelente.... Excepto la actitud en el front desk de Indira para con los huéspedes.... She needs to change it!! Beside that great place, clase to the metro and everything.

Las fotos de la propiedad no coinciden. Las habitación estaba vieja y llena de humedades. Adicionalmente los alrededores del hotel estaban muy mal habitados.

Davvero non lo consiglio a nessuno. Le foto non sono aggiornate con la realtà del l’albergo. Non è minimamente un 4 stelle e poi ai trova nel pezzo peggiore del quartiere dove non potrai neanche andare camminando perché è pieno di barboni e drogati in giro. Hanno tolto i frighi delle stanze, ti mettono nella stanza bottlie d’acque che sembrano di cortesie e poi invece ti lasciano fatture con prezzo 4 volte tanto nella media. Stanze piene di umidità e aria condizionata gocciolante e non funzionante. Veramente sembra quasi una trufa.

The breakfast was not appealing, neither the coffee but I feel maybe you get what you paid for. The hotel prices are very reasonable so you cant go wrong. The room size was not bad at all. The beds were comfy but no hot water, it was just luke warm which was fine for me but not for my husband, he likes hot water and showering was not pleasant for him unfortunately.

The hotel is old and dated. The room is small and I saw small bugs and cockroaches in my room. There is no fridge or anything else. The breakfast is very limited and everyone is waiting for the omelette to be made one by one. During my 3 days stay, there was no hot water for the whole building. Stay away if possible. The only good thing about this hotel is the locaion, its a block away from metro (if you use it) and 2 blocks away from supermarket Reys.

Our stay was horrible when we checked in the bed didn't have sheets we had to go to the reception to notify them then for the 3 of us we only had 1 towel and we had to go to the reception again, there is absolutely NO hot water the towels were smelly the TV stations were all Spanish and the breakfast was horrible, we were force to check out by 4pm even though we arranged a late check out and the reception demanded that we come downstairs and pay for a 15$ extension, I definitely will not stay here or recommend anyone

Quebra o galho
Quebra o galho. Para visitar a cidade e ir dormir atende perfeitamente. Mas não espere grandes comodidades. A localização é boa, não da para ir a pé mas de uber é estratégico. Da parte ruim, o chão é frio, alguns equipamentos com sinais de uso avançados e as maquinas de conveniência não funcionaram dois dias. O hotel parece que recebe muito estudante que faz muito barulho no corredor. Ponto negativo: o café é horrivel. Por sorte tem uma cafeteri cubana proximo que atende muito bem. E se esta pensando em ir malhar, a academia não é aquela das fotos. Não teme esteira, equipamentos antigos e suja.

Nice place and great value! I would stay again.
A nice, clean, economical place in a decent location. Service was great and the rooms are well kept. My only concern was that I found it loud at nights as the windows were older so there was no way to shut out th ed noise. The air conditioner did a fairly good job of drowning out the noises.

El lugar es bonito y bueno
El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas y la infraestructura en general está muy bien. El problema fue con el agua de la ducha que salía muy poco y tras de todo la ducha estaba atascada. En la recepción, para el chek in las chicas que tenían no eran muy amables y la información había que sacársela con cuchara. Rescato la chica del chek out que fue sumamente amable

Bien pour une nuit.
Proche du métro, literie confortable, assez propre. Cependant sur le site hotel.com nous avions réservé une chambre avec petit dejeuner et celui ci n'etait finalement pas compris dans la réservation. Pourquoi? Nous ne le saurons jamais. Chambre petite. Cela reste cependant une bonne option pour une nuit.

Ser más cuidadosos en el aseo
Bueno en cuanto a limpieza me encontré con que las camas no habían sido cambiadas y esto no es nada agradable. Primera vez que me sucede algo así anteriormente me he hospedado allí y no me había pasado algo así.
