In the summer you will find yourself hanging out at the deck with great green views, a short walk away from the Deer Valley Ponds, stocked with small trout for catch-and-release fishing. Take advantage of the complimentary ski shuttle to the slopes only steps from your Abode making it a great location for a ski trip. This is a quiet location that's close to the bus route, within walking distance of Deer Valley and about a mile from Park City's famed Main Street.

*This home does not have central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.
