Pros: good breakfast selections, clean room, helpful staff. Cons: no sound proofing. We kept hearing the staircase door slam shut every time someone came through.

Clean Rm, nice Staff(just need a good Patience to wait for them when they leave their front desk. Breakfast was really good. Only thing that I had in issue was the bed, Somehow it didn’t feel comfortable for me. Everything else was good.

Disappointing stay - there are no ice machines, they expect you to use the ice maker in the freezer in the room. It was turned off and after turning it on we got 20 ice cubes overnight. Didn't help cool drinks the night we checked in. Also it was surprisingly noisy for being in a less busy part of the city. Would have liked a little more from staff when we expressed our concerns. It was too late to fix the issues, but they could have offered a partial refund. Unlikely to give this brand another chance.

This hotel was a classic hotel. Nothing to write home about but nothing majorly wrong. The pool was small and had minimal seating. They were out of towels when we went. Not bad but not luxury. Great for a budget friendly stay.
