“We had everything we needed packed into this Tiny House. Very clean and minimalist interior. Nena was a great, accommodating host.”

“Overall the place was great and the host was very very accommodating. We had a pretty large group of people stay (10 overnight) and the place was great for all of us. It was a little smaller than expected but the futons and beds were great and we were very comfortable! The kitchen is great and we cooked a LOT of food and despite the place getting a little smokey (not that great ventilation), we were able to open the windows and the smoke alarm went off but only because the large amount of food……

“Beautiful house and perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the back porch with swing and rocking chair. We relaxed and watched birds, deer and rabbits! The house had everything needed, tastefully decorated and clean.”

“My daughter and her dog stayed at this property for an extended time for an internship in Atlanta. We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. The owners were very responsive……

“Jay was super friendly and accommodating for us. The part of Atlanta is a little rough when you get off of the interstate, but the neighborhood is fantastic - clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My mom and I stayed here for a roadtrip to spread overdose and fentanyl poisoning awareness, which my brother passed from last year. Our host was awesome and the airstream was so cute! It was clean and decorated so nicely. We are use to the camper lifestyle and had no issue with the size of the kitchen or living areas! The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze compared to our camper but looked very nice. If we had any suggestions to make the place better, we can only think of one thing and……

“My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space……

“When I arrived we had to park in the back of the house, and walk around to the front of the house to get in or out. When I entered the house I was surprised that we did not have a kitchen or living room. It was not clearly stated on the listing at that time. The next day the host wanted to know how everything was going. I told them the microwave was running on it's own and I was unaware that someone lived there and there was no formal kitchen or living room. The host was immediately offended. It……

“Tucked in a nice quite area. Used door dash fast delivery. Comfy bed, huge tv, could use a few plug ins for an added comfort to the home. ”

“This was out and out fraud. The listing claimed to be a hotel and was not. It was a seedy apartment with one of the bedrooms bolted shut. ”

“Sheets - Sheets were not clean AND replacement sheets had holes and stains Towels - brown stains, crunchy to the touch as if not washed and dried properly Roaches - last straw Crowded and uncomfortable Shared bathroom - dreading using it Shoes off rule - not walking bare foot $25 cleaning fee - manager said that thats what he pays the clean up woman but imo they should reinvest the money they refuse to refund for bad service, into professional cleaning services in their rentals Also……
