Located on a development of 23 individual bungalows, with a large landscaped area, a community pool, and direct access to the beach.
Bungalow nº 1 you will find located along the pool, only 10 meters from the beach.
Perfect for family vacations.
Very well connected, the taxi stop you will find in the IBIZA Plaza, only 150 meters, and along the Cala Gran bridge you can gain access to the bus stop at only 25 meters.
The closest supermarket you will find crossing the street.
On the beach you can find a diving centre, kiosks, and a lifeguard.

Fabulous Stay
Had a wonderful stay here with 4 friends. Apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It is in a wonderful location right on the beach and easily accessible to the centre of Cala D'or and Cala Ferrera. Tom was at the apartment to meet us and let us check in earlier which was great, thank you Tom. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon with my family.

Great week before start into German winter
We had a perfect week in this Bungalow. The communication with Tom and check-in was very pleasant. The beds are very comfortable and the bungalow is well equiped and clean. We enjoyed the big terrasse and the near of the city centre.

Lovely break in the sun!
This is a lovely apartment located next to Cala Gran beach and just a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The apartment is immaculate and the host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect
Super prettig appartement met alles wat we nodig hadden. Airco was fijn, goede bedden, voldoende opbergruimte. Uitstekende ligging zo dicht bij het strand, zwembad en centrum. Prettig contact met de verhuurder. Op een avond waren er jongeren op het strand met harde muziek, maar eenmaal binnen was er niets van te horen dus de kinderen sliepen goed door. Deze woning is zeker aan te bevelen.

Cala d'Or
Fantastic property in a great location. My only gripe was the toilet was set too high. When you say on it your legs were dangling. The first week was wonderful but the second week we had a family who were stamping on the floor and dragging furniture. I asked them to turn the noise down a bit and they did for a couple of days. Overall we loved it and would go back.
