“The room is spacious with facilities in good condition and a convenient design. The only negative part is the bad sound insulation, especially from the upper floor. You can hear somebody walking. ”

“Stayed here for 1 night to catch a plane the next morning. The only issue we had was the fact that my wife has a Handicap placard. We asked if the shuttle driver could drop us off at the departure gate as opposed to the normal spot at a lower level. It took several tries to convince the front desk staff that this was legal. They kept insisting that they couldn't do it. We finally had to find the issue on line and show it to the staff. Even then they were hesitant to call the number in the……

“Road noise kept us awake all night. Shuttle driver from the hotel to airport didn't show. So, another employee came but was in no hurry for the guests and told guests that he needed to get some breakfast before leaving. He also had to pick people up at a neighboring hotel. We called an Uber. I didn't have time for that since our flight boarded at 5:25 a.m. ”

“Waited 40 min for the airport shuttle in the cold; front desk used traffic as the excuse while google map is showing 14 min one way to the airport and 8 min back. Oh just FYI walking time from the airport to the hotel is just 44 min. Totally defeats the purpose of booking a property near and airport for a late night arrival.”

“The outside updates made me think the insides would be great too. Well, the inaides need an overhaul. People were supwr friendly and helpful. It was a good night for the money. Probably will stay in a safer feeling place next time.”

“The room was nice, our only issue was that the tv where the couch was was busted so we couldn't watch that and we werent able to hook up our fire stick so my daughter could watch Netflix to the tv in the bedroom. Also the room and building was so hot. Other than that we loved staying there and would stay again. ”
