Even with with informing all on the reservation platform construction adjacent to property on description - some days quiet and some days workers show and work.. We have continued to price the 2 bedroom villa low to compensate for the possible noise. We have adjusted rates low since we’ve been dealing with the construction boom. Sorry to hear you had a day with construction nearby starting at 730. The building is 90 complete and we hope they have occupancy soon. Our location is great and comfortable accommodation being 500 feet from beach. Unfortunately the construction hurts our rental even when our property is not with any construction. We appreciate your comments and hope to have you back next year. Glad you enjoyed your stay on Siesta Key.

We appreciate the review and your comments. As on all our info regarding Gull the nearby construction was informed prior to making reservation. The property next door is under constructions and 90% completed and we priced accordingly even though it’s beyond our control. Records do show you received your prorated refund after you arrived and departed after your 8 days. We do apologize if the noise was too much for you and your wife. The other guest in the complex had no issues but everyone has a noise threshold As we mentioned we were more than happy to refund your remainder of entire reservation and did so immediately with VRBO on our part. Records do show refund on our part on your credit card of over 3k for remainder of stay due to noise. As we truly appreciate you taking the time to write your review we continue to receive 4.5 and 5 stars for many reasons. We hope you happy with your month long stay on Siesta Key and found something to your liking. The outlets and issues you mentioned were completed as you aware during your stay with a licensed electrician servicing the unit while you in the unit. May you have a wonderful time while in the Sarasota area and do appreciate your feed back. Again, thank you for taking the time to write the review.

The sudden drop in temperature truly was our responsibility to have portable heaters on before you arrived and for that we apologize. Not every day we get 30* in Sarasota. Glad to hear the portable heaters did work once you set the temperature to your liking.
