Excelente opción familiar.
A pesar que solo pasamos una sola noche, definitivamente me hubiera gustado pasar todas las vacaciones aqui. Somos una famila de 5 y el tener 2 pisos nos dió mucho espacio para acomodarnos. Ademas tener 2 baños es todo un lujo.

Etablissement à bannir !
Hébergement à éviter car ils cachent l'existence d'une taxe de séjour à payer par nuit et personne (> 16 ans) lors de la réservation. Le jour même de l'arrivée, cet hébergement m'envoie un courriel m'informant de l'existence de cette taxe et me réclamant de ce façon urgente le numéro de ma CB pour procéder a l'encaissement de la taxe. Comportement inacceptable ! Établissement à bannir de Hotels.com !

Perfect place for our regular ski trips to Soldeu
This is our 3rd visit to these apartments and it is perfect for a last minute, couple of days on the slope. It has everything you could want in the kitchen if you want to self cater but is also just 5 mins walk into the village. The bonus is snowy conditions is the underground carpark which has 1 space allocated for each apartment. To save the walk up to the ski lifts in boots each morning, simply drive to the main carpark under the gondola which is free for daytime use with a simple scan of your liftpass.

L’accueil a été parfait que ce soit par la femme de ménage qui m’a remis les clés ou le soir la réceptionniste qui deja au téléphone avait été vraiment plus que gentille. L’appartement est bien aménagé et bien équipé mais vraiment l’insonorisation est désastreuse..J’ai changé de chambre pendant pouvoir éviter les bavardages et rire de l’appartement au dessus pour au final dormir en bas sur le canapé pour éviter le bruit incessant des gens au dessus qui a croire déménageaient tout l’appartement à 1h du matin… Le bruit de la rue est aussi juste horrible et les couloirs n’en parlons pas… Il ne faisait pas non plus très chaud! Après top confort et délicates attentions mais ne pas dormir c’est juste pas possible …

Spacious apartment near the slopes
We had a very comfortable stay, the hosts were both flexible with our arrival and checkout time and very responsive. The apartment itself was large and could fit another couple in the extra bedroom. We would stay here again.

Well equipped appt. We didn’t use the parking as we have a large car and it was too tight. Easy to check in and very organised. For the price it was a really good deal. The only negative is it is on the road so there was quite a bit of road noise.

Bonjour, Etant pourtant des habitués de cet établissement, au moins 4 eme fois, nous avons été forts déçus. En effet, le canapé etait tâché, sans cousins pour le dossier, juste le bois, Pas de code wifi personnel a l emplacement prévu, obligé de prendre celui affiché à l accueil. La cloche micro onde n a pas de dessus. Et pour finir la télécommande de la porte du parking ne fonctionnait pas, il y avait pourtant 1 voyant lumineux. Espérant recevoir un geste commercial de cotre part ou de celle de l'établissement. Si besoin, nous disposons des photos. Cordialement

Praktiskt boende med gångavstånd till restauranger och gondol i den centrala byn Soldeu. Två etage med två sovrum. Ett pentry som hanterar allt det praktiska. Gratis access till garaget. Tyvärr vetter ena sovrummet som har en queensize dubbelsäng ut mot en hårt trafikerad genomfartsgata som stör sömnen om man så bara är lite ljudkänslig. Dessutom fungerade wifi ganska dåligt

WiFi did not work in the apartment unless you camped yourself next to the front door. Reception staff were a little unfriendly and defensive when we mentioned that the WiFi didn't work too well. Apartment is old but at a good walking distance to gondola.

El estado del edificio en general es muy bueno y el acceso perfecto. En la habitación en la que nos hemos alojado el wifi no funcionaba. Se oía a los vecinos que han estado de fiesta hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Buenos días, Muchas gracias por sus comentarios , normalmente no hay ruidos de los vecinos ya que la maayoria de los clientes son familias o bien parejas y son gente muy tranquila. A veces vienen grupos de amigos , pero hasta ahora no he tenido que llamar la atención a nadie y menos aún llamar a la policia por ruido o escándalo. Siento mucho que haya tenido problema con el ruido de los vecinos de al lado. Respecto a la wifi , si es verdad que según el tiempo y por estar rodeados por montañas hay días que va mejor que otros , pero ya estamos haciendo las mejoras para tener una mejor recepción , así que seguro la próxima vez que vengan irá de maravilla. Appartement impeccable très bien équipé. Accueil très agréable et très dévoué. Le seul ennui est que la route est très passagère et la résidence est mal isolée . C’est donc très bruyant et on a du mal à dormir.

As a party of 6, there are only utensils for 5 people otherwise sufficient kitchen supplies. Clean apartment. Keys are picked up onsite. Plenty of towels, shower gel provided. Close to telecabina about 8 minute uphill walk. For 14EUR cash only you can rent a locker for overnight ski storage. Andbus will drop off/pick up at Park Piolets hotel 3 minute walk away.

I stayed here in late autumn during a motorbike tour of the Pyrenees. This is off season for the apartments as their prime purpose is to cater for skiers. Check in was done over the phone (good English) with the keys located in a key safe I was given the combination for. There is a bank of key safes inside the entrance lobby each containing keys to different apartments. I didn’t meet any staff during my stay here. The apartment itself is on two floors and was well furnished, clean and tidy. Upstairs had 2 bedrooms (twin & double) and a bathroom which had a bath/shower and toilet. Downstairs had a living/dining/cooking area big enough for the four occupants the apartment was designed for. There is also a small toilet/shower room downstairs. In the basement of the apartment block there are 2 garage levels which can be accessed from within or by using a supplied remote control to open the doors. This parking facility kept my motorbike safe overnight and gave me somewhere warm and dry to load it in the morning. The only downside to the apartments is that they are located on the main road from France into Andorra and some traffic noise gets through the shutters/double glazing. If I were visiting Soldeu off season I again I would happily stay here. I’m not a skier so can’t comment on what they would be like to ski from during the ski season.

A perfect place to stay
Our stay was perfect. Everything we need was provided, comfortable and clean apartment, easy to find underground parking very good and secure. Small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Overall excellent stay.

Parfait.
Appartement moderne, propre et très bien conçu (duplex). Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent. Un parking couvert simple d'accès est par ailleurs disponible.

Great apartment, close to slopes
Really clean, lots of storage space for all our ski gear, the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Comfortable beds, loads of hot water after a cold day skiiing. Only drawback is that it is quite noisy being right next to the main road. That does however mean it is easy to walk to the telecabina in 5 mins.

Well appointed & conveniently located apartments
Spent a long weekend staying here with friends: a significant step up from apartments in the French Alps and only a short walk from the centre of Soldeu. The underground parking is a bonus, although quite tight for anything larger than a medium SUV.

Good value for money.
This is a basic apartment with good value for the money. The beds are comfy. We travelled 2 adults and 4 children and the apartment is a bit to small for 6 people. I would say that 4-5 is perfect. It is not enough space to sit 6 people and eat at the dinner table at the same time. The host is very kind and helpful.
