“The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,……

“Front desk staff was great. The shower in my room had draining issues but otherwise it was good.”

“First, the room advertised with the full kitchenette and a small couch was not what you got and that was the reason of booking this hotel. Second, the door did not have top latching lock mechanism on it which made my wife feel insecure through the night. It was either removed or broken off but it was clearly that at some point and every hotel room I’ve ever stayed at had one. Thirdly, the back door entrance had a broken scanner so there was a rock that propped the door open. Anybody could’ve……

“I do understand they were under renovations. Had I known this, when I booked the room,I would never have stayed there. I can overlook the little things, but, the bathroom was awful. The tub hadn't been replaced yet. It was rusty by the drain and dirty. I tried to clean it up. The tub had no bathmatt and was very slippery. When I went to check in, was charged a refundable deposit on any damage. Was not informed of that pryer to checking in. My room had no trim, paint on the……

“I check the reviews because I am looking for specific things. I want to know about bugs, cleanliness, and bed quality. We arrived and the first room we were in the sink was broke. The water was leaking. They gave us another room. I didn’t sleep well but got just under 5 hours. My friend did shower the right before and the water didn’t drain. I pushed the open and close stuff to see if the plug was used and nothing happened but I was not reaching into dirty water to see if I could pull the plug……
