“Simple and quiet. We enjoyed the simple nature of this house. We were looking for a house with little home decor that we would need to remove with having little kids and we appreciated that about this house. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and you do not notice any road noise. Looking forward to the continued renovations like curtains in the bedrooms. Odd for the Vrbo property to not have full access to the property like the basement and the garage. Wonder if guests will have access to……

“Overall, we would probably stay here again because my son goes to the university there and the location is great. There were a lot of spiders so we had to go around with a broom and get rid of a lot of of them. There is also a very musty smell, which would’ve been fixed had they had some kind of plug-in air freshener. The bed is very squeaky every time you move. It makes a lot of noise. The whole place that was very clean. There are not a lot of amenities like hair dryers or washcloths. We……

“The house was amazing. The game room was a big hit with my boys. We loved that it was off a main road but still quiet enough. If we ever vacation in this area again, we will be renting this property again. Pool was nice, but a little to cold to swim in. Only down side was the master bed was a little to hard for us. Everything else was amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!”

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana……
