The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fine. The breakfast was poor. The WiFi didn't actually connect to the internet, and the deskperson couldn't help get that corrected.

I wish I could share a picture and you could smell the place. There was water damage/mold in the bathroom. The entire building smelled like a cigarette. I wouldn’t go there ever again.

Not an 8, more like a 1
How this property is rated an 8 is beyond me. Our bathroom was dirty and the fan was extremely noisy. The person checking in was less than accommodating. Try smiling.. Hot water did not work so no shower in the morning. Breakfast is a joke. Thankfully there is at least a BK next door. We don't expect a lot and not super critical with rooms, but come on..

Unfriendly service, overall poor condition
I would not stay here again or recommend it. From the outside, the hotel looks nice, it's convenient if you are coming from the airport, but front person was unfriendly and unprofessional. The inside of the hotel had a muggy smell that I cannot place. In our room, the sheets were stained on both beds, the water in tub did not go down and the water level rose as we showered, and the free breakfast was disappointing.

We got here early so they charged an early check in fee. Our room is very small. Our TV only got one channel (might need batteries) and I booked 2 rooms but they ended up being on different floors 😔. We stayed anyway because it was convenient to our venue

Hello Suellyn,During your arrival which was prior to our check-in time, we made the exception to do the early check-in for you. Due to this being an early check-in, the rooms are still being cleaned and prepared by our housekeeping staff. As far as the TV concerns, we provide many channels and even premium level channels. Often times, the input select on the TV is changed by accident and this causes some confusion as you aren't able to locate your HDMI input. In this event, please notify the front-desk staff and they will gladly help you in that event!

It appears that there was a miscommunication within our property system, showing your reservation as canceled by Expedia, the parent company for Hotels.com. However, after cross-checking with Expedia's portal, we found that your reservation had not been canceled at all. This confusion stemmed from a recent maintenance process that led to some third-party reservations being inaccurately marked as canceled in our system. Regrettably, this was beyond our control and resulted in an unpleasant experience during your arrival. Please rest assured that your feedback has not gone unheard, and I have personally addressed this matter with our IT team to ensure such issues are promptly identified and resolved in the future.
