Everything was up to scratch. The staff were really kind. Didn’t get to try the hotel food but nevertheless a trip was had! Rooms were really good too. Spacious bathrooms and well ventilated a/c

The hotel's exterior is well-maintained and clean, but the rooms need repairs, such as: The air conditioning wasn't working on our first day. We reported the problem, and they fixed it. Two days later, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it. The toilet flush stopped working. I reported it, and they fixed it, but after that, I still had to press the button to flush. There are fans outside that run so loudly at night that it's impossible to sleep. The air conditioning supposedly worked after the repair, but it didn't cool the room as well as it should.

Overall the room was clean, no discrepancies. Although, I would suggest having more kitchen utensils and cooking pans readily available in the room for long-term stays. Additionally, the location was decent. Grocery store and 7/11 about a 8-10 minute walk. Nice place for a short stay.

The property is literally next to Phra Khanong BTS station so traveling to and from is super convenient. May be the best part about the hotel. A 7/11 next door is super convenient also. Near a night market that has some cool finds for the low. Smoke shops around also if that is your thing. Washing/dryer machines walking distance. Coffee shop in hotel gives discounts to guests at hotel. Coffee is really good and people do buy from them. You actually get a voucher for a free drink when you check-in. Property wifi was good and very easy to connect to. A fried chicken food stall and a rice with minced meat and egg stall comes out at night. Other things as well but those were my favorites. Great prices also. Cons: fridge and a/c do not get cold enough. Had to sleep with the covers partially on to not overheat. Used small fan which helped a lot. Walls are thin so you can get to know your neighbors well without trying. All in all, a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Bangkok is enermous and takes a lot of energy. Being next to a BTS station is so convenient. Staff was very friendly and will go out of their way to fix any problems youre having. Definitely appreciate them.
