This 3BR house, in the Village of Marsh Bend, is a gem and it is located in the Village of Marsh Bend. The best part is the large lanai with a beautiful view of the pond and outdoor kitchen! Cruise around in the golf cart to Edna's for great food, drinks and live music. Swim in the many nearby pools, play pickleball or golf. Enjoy a walk or bike ride around the beautiful Hogeye nature preserve. In the evening, visit nearby squares for nightly music, restaurants or shops.
THIS IS A PET FREE PROPERTY!
Golf Cart Fee is $50 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
Two bicycles are provided with the house.

Incredible Lanai
The floor plan of the house works for everyone; there is plenty of space and privacy as well. The lanai is huge with an outdoor kitchen and TV.
The waterfront view is exceptional and is my favorite feature of the house.

Perfect place to stay in the Villages
A beautiful house in a lovely setting. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The location was ideal. It was a hop, skip, and a jump from Publix and a good pizza restaurant. Also, the house is walking distance from the Everglades Regional Recreation Center. The only downside was the coffee maker. It was very slow and the single cup maker kept overflowing the 12 once cups. Please invest in a Keurig.

The pictures are beautiful, in person is stunning. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, perfectly appointed. Felt like it was home. Absolutely loved this place and will rent again!!
