Perfect Retreat for families!

Unbelievable views!
This house was beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. The views were even better! I thought the stairs might be a problem for us, but they weren’t. The separate buildings worked well for us. We (the parents) took the Pool Cabana so we could slip away when needed, and my daughter with a baby had the Casita so she could put the baby down for naps, etc. Yes, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for! Would definitely go back!

We were a family in town for a College graduation. The view was absolutely breathtaking and very relaxing. The kids had an amazing time swimming and spending time with the family. Great location and Great Property
Our family used the property for a relaxing family get away to celebrate 50th anniversary. Every room has it's own bathroom great set up for couples wanting to get away. The kiddos enjoyed exploring on the property. Relaxing, GREAT views

Spectacular home.!!
First off thank you to the property owners for letting us experience this beautiful home up on the mountains. This home is now far most one of my favorites. The stairs up to main house is beautiful . The house has everything you need from the kitchen,the bathrooms and the outsides. The living room and bedrooms have balconies with spectacular views to the mountains and down to the swimming area. The pool has changing colored lights that the kids really enjoyed. There was two separate living quarters included with this rental which was a plus with my family. Once again thank you for the wonderful experience we really enjoyed our weekend.

Family Reunion

Hill Country Get Away!
This property is awesome. The hill country views were amazing. We enjoyed our time on the deck/pool! The house is really spacious with room for everybody. Family made s’mores in the fire pit! Our kids didn’t want to leave!

Family trip
Home is beautiful and well kept. Would only ask they keep the pool and hot tub a little cleaner. We live in Tx as well and understand how difficult that can be during summer months so it’s not a complaint at all really. You may tell people more about how incredibly steep everything is around the property. Certainly not somewhere anyone of age should be staying as it’s a fall waiting to happen and a long way to fall before you stop if you do fall. Very steep!

Absolutely a beautiful property that worked well for our family. The only suggestion would be to inform future visitors that there are many levels with many steep steps to each level. It makes for a spectacular view but difficult for anyone 70+ Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thanks!!

Amazing views of the Texas Hill Country
3 families rented this home over Memorial Day weekend. We were blown away by the views of the house. I’ve never experienced a more peaceful morning cup of coffee. The pool and hot tub were a favorite of all. We bbq’d during the day and at night and enjoyed the hot tub and pool for nightly swims. The space provided easy escapes to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location made it easy to run to the grocery store for anything that we needed to replenish or that we forgot. Great vacation and we will definitely be back!

Recent stay
The property layout was beautiful and with a phenomenal view. Despite this, we experienced the following issues which were disappointing. * Pool and hot tub were dirty. * Water in hot tub not enough so jets did not work right and smelled moldy. * Hot tub was not working right and needed to turn off circuit breaker on exterior wall. * Garbage on property on other side of pool deck...things looked to be there for some time. * Soap dispensers in some areas were half used; not just unsanitary, but even 3 star hotels have small containers, feels overly scrutinizing of expenses; same with toilet paper, half used and in master (and was not even fitted) did not even fit on dispenser. * Kitchen was disorganized and difficult to navigate. Items were mixed up (in many areas) and not in labeled drawer (cutting board found measuring cups; cooking utensils in different drawers, etc.) * Kitchen shelves and drawers were dirty. Food crumbs found in multiple areas. * Bath towels were difficult to locate (not stocked) until found in dryer. No note or communication indicating as such. * Coffee maker not functional — and did not work. We have stayed at multiple properties over the years through other vacation stay options. This was our first through Vrbo. We do/did not expect perfection, but do/did hope for clean, organized and stocked at a basic level. We have had this consistent experience at other properties and therefore, do/did not feel our expectations are/were unreasonable.

Best Birthday Getaway
This property was impeccable in both location, cleanliness, and views. I have never been to a place wherein everyone was happy with every detail, every room and every view, and this home truly did have it all. It was an incredible location to spend a socially distanced birthday among friends, and I will be booking this location again for future use. I also know one of the guests at my birthday is also going to book it for an upcoming family reunion that she has annually. Thank you so much for creating such a gorgeous space and I look forward to enjoying it once again.

Loved our stay at this beautiful property
This property was perfect for our mini spring break with teen kids and a few of their friends. Because of the great layout, they had their own space to hang out and sleep, but we could all comfortably gather for meals, cards and games in the main house. Management was great as well, they were responsive to questions and very quickly, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to everyone.

This was a great property. It had tons of privacy from neighbors as well as private bedrooms. Everything was clean and comfortable! The view is breathtaking. Only wish there were more cleaning supplies, we needed a broom and there was not one we could find.

Very quiet stay.
The AC was out in the main house the first day we arrived, which made it very uncomfortable; however, the problem was fixed the second day and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The area was very quiet and beautiful. The house give every family member privacy and plenty of area to enjoy.

Can’t wait to go back.
They house is amazing! We went there to celebrate two family members birthday. Due to covid our family vacation was cancels so this was the closes “out of town” we could do and we truly enjoyed it. The house was spacious, the kitchen was beyond prepared for us! Everything we needed was available to use. We actually went on a walk early in the am and the neighborhood was nice and view was even better. The house can accommodate 3 separate family’s. Come with two separate apartments, that are perfect. You have the main house with 3 room 3 bathroom. Both apartments come with full bathrooms.

BEAUTYful hill country views
These pictures are great but they do no justice to this property!! We were excited when we saw the pictures but once we got there, we were blown away!! The unique design throughout the whole place, the breath taking views, the space and layout was just AMAZING!! EVEN the drive up the mountain was amazing!! We even found a great place to eat at for breakfast, Wimberly cafe is a must visit and the cutest shops!! We would definitely recommend and revisit this BEAUTYful home!!

Amazing Views and Beautiful Home
Such an wonderful place to stay! We are a group of nine women who meet every summer to spend a long weekend together. This was our 29th year of reunions and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house, casita and cabana worked perfectly for those with "sleeping issues" and layout of the main house was equally as fabulous. All the bedrooms were furnished with beautiful decor and the kitchen. dining and great area were open and friendly. We've stayed at many properties throughout the Hill Country over the years, but the views from this lovely home are the best by far. We also loved the pool and spent most of our time outside even in the August Texas heat. Just one little thing to report: the bottom of the charcoal grill looks like it's about to fall out, so someone may want to address that. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place for a nice long weekend! Thank you so much!

Vacation resort
Location, house, setting, and everything about this place was a great place to getaway. Waking up in the morning to see the view was spectacular. Having the pool also available anytime of the day was important especially with the kids. Located very close to town and well situated private property. Only downside was that the neighbors called around 2pm in the afternoon to call about having the music too loud. Justification about that the music wasn’t to loud, we just got back from a hike, and wanted to enjoy the outside amenities such as the pool. It was mid afternoon. I could see if it was late at night I would understand but be careful of the surrounding neighbors as noise was complained on.

Great house with great views
This house was perfect for our family and extended family. We traveled with our young kids and my parents and my husband’s parents and the cabana and Casita worked out great for giving the grandparents their own space during the trip. Only complaint is the pool deck gets hot but nothing you can do about that in the Texas heat. We will be back!

Phenomenal views!
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. With the separate Casita and Cabana, all three generations were able to come together in the main house or have private time as couples. The main house was quite comfortable, even with toddlers. (Not much required higher placement from exploring hands). Quiet neighborhood, stunning views and all the amenities you could ask to be provided. We will be back.

Great spot for Girl's Trip Retreat
We rented this house for a girl's weekend for our Bible study group and it was the perfect setting. Being so close to the river and having a pool made it so versatile for staying cool during the Texas summer heat! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view and home
Overall it was great! The view was just stunning and it was so spacious. We had our own spaces as well. My family had an unforgettable time. There were minor things that didn’t work like the light in some of the closets and the hot tub also didn’t work sadly. Everything was great overall though. I am super happy with it and hope to be back.

Great feedback! This property does have a stand alone hot tub that works great, the small pool that is connected to the swimming pool is just a smaller pool, not a hot tub. Sometimes there is confusion about this. Thank you, HCPL
